This policy applies to the iOS app Photo Cleaner Free Up OnlyWipe (“OnlyWipe”). It explains how the app handles photos, device information, and usage data. Please contact us at the email address above if you have questions about this policy or your personal information.

1. Information we handle

CategoryCurrent use and handling
Photos, videos, and library metadataWith your permission, the app reads your Photos library to display items by month, support swipe-based organization, and identify screenshots and similar, duplicate, or blurry items. Thumbnails, asset identifiers, dates, sizes, and analysis results may be cached on your device. The app's own photo analysis is primarily performed on-device; the current app features do not upload photo or video content to our servers.
Local organization and vault dataThe in-app trash stores local identifiers for items awaiting deletion. The vault stores photo copies in the app's Documents/secure_vault folder and can restore them to Photos. Device biometrics control access to the vault, but the files do not currently have separate app-level encryption.
App and device identifiersThe app generates and stores a random CUID. For attribution, diagnostics, and transaction events, it may also handle Apple's IDFV, the IDFA when tracking permission allows it, AppsFlyer ID, Firebase installation or app instance identifiers, attribution click data, app version, and device and operating-system information. The CUID may remain in the device Keychain after the app is uninstalled and reinstalled.
Usage, diagnostics, and transaction eventsEvents may describe feature visits, swipe actions, cleanup counts, onboarding completion, sharing, crashes, and performance. For Apple-verified transactions, the app handles product and transaction identifiers, price, currency, offer status, and entitlement status to recognize purchases and provide membership benefits. Transaction data is sent to our server to activate and maintain those benefits. We do not receive complete payment-card details.
Information you provideIf you email support, we handle your email address, message, and correspondence needed to respond.

The current app does not require an account or actively ask you for your name, gender, age, or precise location. It displays no ads. Attribution and advertising measurement may nevertheless involve device or usage identifiers.

2. Purposes and third-party services

We use this information to provide photo organization and the vault, retain your local choices, verify Apple transactions and deliver membership benefits, measure installs and feature use, diagnose crashes and performance, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where cross-app tracking requires consent, we follow the iOS App Tracking Transparency permission status. Declining tracking does not prevent basic photo organization.

The app integrates these services:

Our server receives Apple-verified transaction data to activate and maintain membership benefits. These services may process identifiers associated with a device; the data is not necessarily anonymous or aggregate. Providers may process data outside your country or region, subject to their arrangements and applicable law.

3. Permissions and choices

4. Photo deletion, the vault, and device backup

Adding a photo to the in-app trash first records its identifier. Only after you confirm cleanup does the app request deletion through the system Photos library. Apple's Recently Deleted and iCloud Photos synchronization rules may still apply. The app cannot guarantee immediate removal from every device or backup.

Moving a photo to the vault first saves a copy in the app sandbox and then requests deletion of the original from Photos. If that system deletion fails, the original may remain in Photos. Vault files have no additional app-level encryption and are stored in Documents, a directory normally included in iOS device backups. Uninstalling the app removes its data from the device and may cause vault contents to be lost; existing system or iCloud backups may retain copies according to Apple's settings and backup behavior. Check your own backup of important photos before deleting originals or uninstalling the app.

5. Retention, security, and your rights

Local organization records, caches, and vault copies generally remain until you clear them in the app, uninstall the app, or the system removes the relevant data. A Keychain copy of the CUID may survive uninstall. We keep server-side transaction and entitlement records as needed to provide membership benefits, handle purchase issues, and meet legal obligations. Third-party services retain events, identifiers, and diagnostics under their policies and our configuration. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete data already received by us or third parties. We keep support correspondence while needed to resolve the request and satisfy necessary legal or security requirements.

We use platform sandboxing, permission controls, and protections for data in transit, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. The vault's lack of separate app-level encryption is a specific limitation.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive personal information we hold, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Email onlywipe@yeah.net with your request and information sufficient for verification. We will respond under applicable law. Photos and vault files stored only on your device can be managed in the app or system settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. Children, changes, and contact

OnlyWipe is not designed specifically for children. Where applicable law requires parental authorization, minors should use the app with a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe we hold information about a child that we should not retain.

If features, SDKs, or data practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice in the app or on the relevant page. For questions or rights requests, email onlywipe@yeah.net.
