These terms apply to the iOS app Photo Cleaner Free Up OnlyWipe (“OnlyWipe”). Please read them and the Privacy Policy before downloading, installing, or using the app. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using it. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
1. Service and permitted use
OnlyWipe provides local photo browsing, swipe-based organization, screenshot and similar/duplicate/blurry-item detection, in-app trash cleanup, and a biometrics-gated vault. Some functions require Photos access, device biometric capability, or a network connection. If you decline a permission, the related function may be unavailable. The app currently displays no ads and offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase flow.
You must have the right to handle content you import, view, move, share, or delete and use the app lawfully. Do not use the app to infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or engage in unlawful activity. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you lawfully control under these terms. The app, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain with their owners.
2. Photo organization and deletion risks
Detection, similarity scores, and estimates of storage to be freed may be inaccurate. Review your selection and keep independent backups of important content before deletion. Swiping an item into the in-app trash records it for later action; only after you confirm cleanup does the app request deletion from iOS Photos. Deletion may sync to other devices using iCloud Photos, and Apple's Recently Deleted period may still apply. System permissions, iCloud state, or device conditions may cause an operation to fail, be delayed, or differ from an estimate.
When you move a photo to the vault, the app saves a copy in its sandbox and then requests deletion of the original from Photos. If deletion fails, the original may remain in Photos. Biometrics restrict in-app vault access, but vault files currently have no additional app-level encryption and may be included in device backups. Uninstalling the app, device failure, changes to backup settings, or clearing the vault may make the copy unrecoverable. Do not use the vault as your only backup. Restoring a photo requires system permission to save it; after a successful save, the app attempts to remove its vault copy. If that final step fails, both copies may temporarily remain.
3. Apple subscriptions and purchases
OnlyWipe offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase flow. Before you confirm a purchase, the in-app offer displays the available benefits, price, billing period, any applicable trial or introductory offer, and renewal details. Apple then asks you to confirm the purchase. The terms displayed at purchase and the Apple transaction record govern your specific subscription; this page does not list product prices or periods.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal. Apple manages billing and subscriptions purchased through the App Store. You can view or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refund requests follow Apple's channels and applicable rules. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
4. Privacy, external services, and changes
Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information handling. Photo organization primarily takes place on the device. The app also uses platform capabilities or SDKs from Apple, Firebase, and AppsFlyer; their availability and handling of data are subject to their own terms and policies. Network, system, or third-party failures may affect attribution, diagnostics, or certain functions, but do not change your control over local photo actions.
We may update the app and these terms for security, compatibility, legal requirements, or feature improvements. We will provide appropriate notice of changes that materially affect your rights and seek fresh consent where law requires it. If you do not accept updated terms, you may stop using and uninstall the app, after arranging for any vault content and Apple subscriptions yourself.
5. Responsibility and disputes
We take reasonable steps to maintain the app but cannot promise error-free operation on every device, photo, or system service. Check results before deletion and keep separate backups of important content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for interruptions in systems, networks, or third-party services beyond our reasonable control. This section does not exclude any liability or remedy that law does not allow us to limit.
If a dispute arises, please email onlywipe@yeah.net first so we can investigate and seek a resolution. Unresolved disputes are handled under applicable law. These terms do not remove consumer protections or access to courts that your local law guarantees.
